Job Summary
To support the automation of back-office and clinical operations, the full-time AI Operations Associate will design, build, and scale AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the automation roadmap and deliver measurable operational leverage
- Shadow teams to discover workflows and identify high-ROI automation opportunities
- Lead data integrations across major EHRs, ensuring reliability and error handling
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, product management, or a similar analytical/technical role
- Fluency with modern AI tooling (LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering)
- Hands-on technical aptitude with APIs and light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to healthcare, operations, or regulated industries is a plus
