AI Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading operations and support for enterprise platforms, the full-time AI Operations Director will ensure service excellence and operational stability for AI/GenAI solutions, ServiceNow, and IAM services in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and day-to-day support for AI platforms and enterprise services
• Ensure 24x7 service continuity and manage incidents, service requests, and problem management
• Drive operational excellence through automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar IAM platforms
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and/or certification
• Exposure to AI operations and platform governance in an enterprise setting
• Experience with automation and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or enterprise AI support models
