Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Operations Engineer (Internal Agents & Workflow Automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to identify and redesign workflows for AI integration
• Design and implement internal AI agents and automation tools, ensuring end-to-end ownership
• Maintain and scale AI solutions, ensuring reliability and compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain end-to-end software systems
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, C#, Node.js)
• Experience with API integration and structured data formats
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered tools/agents and AI system design
• Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance expectations
