AI Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To support the People Technology and Analytics team, the full-time remote AI Operations Engineer will own the integration architecture, design scalable solutions, and lead the deployment of AI tools to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration architecture across the People Tech stack, including Workday and emerging AI tools
• Design and maintain scalable integrations, APIs, and data pipelines to ensure reliable employee data delivery
• Drive the rollout and operationalization of AI tools, creating automated workflows that improve HR processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or Integration-focused roles
• Proven experience managing integrations across multiple HR platforms, including enterprise HCMs like Workday
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in a business environment
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL/ELT concepts, and integration tooling such as Workato or MuleSoft
• Experience with JSON/XML data structures, SQL, and cloud data warehouses like BigQuery
