AI Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with the Founder/CEO and VP Operations, the full-time remote AI Operations Engineer will build and maintain OpenClaw skills and workflows, automate high-leverage tasks across the GTM organization, and integrate agents into existing tools while ensuring reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain OpenClaw and other agentic skills and workflows across the GTM organization
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success/Account Management, and Partnerships to identify and automate high-leverage tasks
• Connect APIs, data sources, and third-party services to wire agents into existing tools

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience with hands-on OpenClaw or agentic projects
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to independently propose and implement solutions
• Comfort with quickly learning new tools and technologies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with executives and GTM teams
• A GitHub profile showcasing active projects and contributions
