AI Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with various business units, the full-time remote AI Operations Engineer will design, implement, and maintain AI workflows and automation processes while contributing to the internal AI automation framework through product feedback and code development.
Key responsibilities
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to identify and optimize workflows for AI automation
- Design, implement, and maintain AI automation workflows and scheduled tasks across the company
- Provide product feedback and contribute to the source code of the internal AI automation framework
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience building applied AI systems and fluency with related concepts
- Practical experience with LLM provider APIs and gateways
- Proficiency in Markdown-based systems and TypeScript development
- Strong understanding of security considerations in autonomous agent development
- Ability to communicate technical topics effectively to non-technical colleagues
