AI Operations Intern
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on AI Operations Intern for a full-time, hybrid internship based in Wayne, PA, who will design, build, and improve AI-powered solutions that enhance internal operations while collaborating directly with the Head of IP Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and enhance AI agents and workflows that support business processes
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using internal data and documents
- Test and troubleshoot AI systems to improve performance and reliability
Required qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on programming experience with Python
- Experience with applications involving AI agents, automation, or API integrations
- Understanding of APIs and data exchange between applications
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
