AI Operations Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on AI Operations Lead to work remotely and accelerate the transition to a native AI business by deploying AI-powered automations, collaborating across teams to identify workflow improvements, and fostering AI adoption throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy AI-powered automations and workflows across non-engineering teams within the first 6-12 months
• Collaborate with various teams to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define success metrics
• Build and integrate workflows using modern AI tools and low-code/no-code platforms

Required qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience using AI to improve workflows or processes in previous roles
• Strong fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and workflow automation platforms
• Technical comfort with SQL, BI tools, APIs, and systems integrations
• Ability to partner with business teams to build solutions that are widely adopted
