AI Operations Lead

Job Summary

To drive AI transformation across the organization, the full-time remote AI Operations Lead will manage workflows, design and implement AI solutions, and cultivate a champion network to ensure sustainable adoption of AI practices across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with teams to map workflows and identify high-leverage AI opportunities
• Define, build, and ship reusable Claude skills and workflows that enhance team operations
• Engage and grow a champion network to maintain and extend AI workflows across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing solutions in collaboration with engineering
• Strong instincts in workflow and process design across various functions
• Proven ability to build trust and engage with diverse teams and cultures
• Preference for creating reusable systems rather than solving the same problem multiple times
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
