AI Operations Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote AI Operations Lead, the successful candidate will map operational workflows, partner with Revenue Operations to design AI-driven solutions, and drive adoption of new systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Map operational workflows to identify friction points and improve processes, starting with Sales
• Design and deploy intelligent workflows and automations in collaboration with Revenue Operations
• Create documentation and training to ensure successful adoption of new tools and workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, systems, or technical roles with a focus on AI-powered solutions
• Familiarity with modern AI platforms, APIs, and automation tools
• Working knowledge of Python and APIs for prototyping solutions
• Strong strategic judgment with a proven track record of solving complex business problems
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive tool adoption
