Job Summary
Embedding with teams across Mercury, the full-time AI Operations Lead will identify opportunities for AI to enhance business outcomes, build and implement AI-powered workflows, and ensure sustainable change through training and documentation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Embed with teams to identify areas where AI can improve business outcomes
- Partner with functional leaders to define success metrics and build AI solutions
- Lead change management efforts to ensure new workflows are adopted and sustained
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or product operations
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions, including agents and automations
- Ability to define KPIs and plans in ambiguous situations
- Fluency with APIs, low-code/no-code builders, and SQL
- Strong communication skills to advocate for new tools and processes
