AI Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Operations & Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational health of AI systems, including data pipelines and integrations with marketing tools
• Build and optimize AI workflows that support campaign execution and data hygiene
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale AI capabilities across marketing, sales, and customer success teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics roles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and related marketing data systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML and automation tools such as OpenAI and Copy.ai
• Experience managing data pipelines and APIs across marketing tech stacks
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of SQL and modern BI tools
