Job Summary

Driving the operational management of AI tools and platforms, the full-time AI Operations Manager will ensure reliability and technical standards while working remotely from Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of AI tools and platforms
• Lead the technical response to changes in AI tools and platforms, ensuring operational quality
• Identify and resolve weak or high-friction AI tooling operations, implementing durable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in operational management of technical platforms, specifically AI tools or platforms
• Strong ownership of technical operational outcomes and decision-making under ambiguity
• Proven ability to drive technical operational improvements to completion
• Genuine command of AI tools and platforms, with a strong instinct for the evolving AI landscape
• Technical aptitude in areas such as LLM platform configuration and AI tool APIs and integrations
