AI Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving the operational management of AI tools and platforms, the full-time AI Operations Manager will ensure reliability, configuration, and performance of the AI stack while working remotely from anywhere in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of AI tools and platforms
• Lead the technical response to changes in AI tools, platforms, or underlying capabilities
• Identify and resolve weak or high-friction AI tooling operations, developing scalable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in operational management of technical platforms, specifically AI tools or platforms
• Strong ownership of technical operational outcomes with the ability to prioritize trade-offs
• Clear technical communication skills and confidence in upholding technical standards
• Proficiency with AI platform configurations, APIs, and workflow dependencies
• Ability to drive technical operational improvements to completion
