Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in AI tooling, the full-time AI Operations Manager will manage the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of AI tools and platforms while working remotely from anywhere in Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of the configuration and reliability of AI tools and platforms
• Lead the technical response to changes in AI tools and platforms
• Identify and resolve weak or high-friction AI tooling operations with durable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in operational management of AI tools or platforms
• Strong technical aptitude in AI platform configuration and integrations
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under ambiguity
• Proven track record of driving technical operational improvements to completion
• Genuine command of AI tools and a strong instinct for the evolving AI landscape
