AI Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full post-sale journey for AI agents, the full-time remote AI Operations Manager will design agent behavior, manage implementations, and monitor performance for credit unions, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Design agent behavior and run live testing to ensure successful go-live for AI agents
• Monitor agent performance post-deployment, catching quality drift and conducting executive business reviews
• Build and codify implementation playbooks and infrastructure to streamline future deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, business operations, or a structured problem-solving role, preferably in SaaS or Fintech
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects to completion independently
• Genuine fluency and curiosity in AI technologies and their application in real-world scenarios
• Strong recommendation posture, with the ability to present and defend strategic decisions to C-level executives
• Experience in building operational frameworks, playbooks, and tools for team scalability
