AI Operations Navigator

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor within Vantage's Operations & Facilities function, the full-time remote Navigator, Operations & Facilities, Global will identify AI-driven opportunities to enhance operational excellence across global data centers by translating operational challenges into actionable insights for the Accelerators team.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within Operations & Facilities teams to build trusted relationships and identify AI opportunities across data center operations
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to map operational workflows and validate AI use cases for predictive and prescriptive operations
• Develop detailed intake documentation for AI opportunities, ensuring alignment with operational standards and regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of overall work experience, with 3+ years in data center operations or mission-critical infrastructure environments
• Direct experience with BMS, DCIM, SCADA, and environmental monitoring platforms
• Strong foundation in data center operational workflows including power distribution and preventive maintenance programs
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities relevant to facility operations
• Proven ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders and adapt communication across operational audiences
