AI Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, AI Operations to manage the lifecycle of AI agent deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI agent implementations, managing phases excluding technical build
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools and alignment with business objectives
• Monitor AI system performance and implement continuous improvements based on data analysis and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years managing tools or technologies
• Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools; experience with SOQL and Python is a plus
• Proven ability to influence without authority and manage projects effectively
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Willingness to learn new low-code or no-code platforms and stay current with AI advancements
