AI Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the AI Operations Technical Program Manager for Heroku will lead complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and driving program success through effective communication and agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programs by aligning scope and release planning, ensuring teams are aligned on vision and business goals
• Drive teams through the software development lifecycle using agile methodologies and technical expertise
• Build strong partnerships with key functional team members and serve as a trusted partner for executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software or technical program management experience at an enterprise technology company
• 3+ years leading Platform as a Service (PaaS) development programs with a solid understanding of the PaaS business model
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of hands-on execution
• Outstanding executive presence and communication skills
