AI Operations Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance AI operational efficiency, the full-time AI Operations Reporting Analyst will lead the maintenance and improvement of dashboards, ensure accurate reporting on consumption and performance, and analyze data trends while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of AI Operations dashboards and reporting assets
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Oversee consumption monitoring and support financial transparency processes related to AI services

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Excel, and SQL
• 7+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar fields
• Strong understanding of reporting governance and data quality management
• Experience with large operational and financial datasets
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive-level operational and financial reporting
