AI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Operations Specialist to drive the automation, optimization, and monitoring of AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage AI-powered automation workflows to improve efficiency and streamline operational processes
• Track and optimize AI model performance and automated workflows, identifying anomalies and inefficiencies
• Develop and execute QA/QC frameworks to ensure data integrity and feature validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI operations, product operations, or process automation within a SaaS or AI-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML operational workflows and MLOps tools
• Strong background in automation and scripting (Python, SQL)
• Experience with AI system monitoring and troubleshooting in production environments
