AI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Operations Specialist (LatAm) to join their Central Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage automation and tool requests from operations teams using low-code/no-code platforms
• Develop unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance and consolidate metrics
• Drive internal adoption of AI agents and provide training on AI tools and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience in automation using low-code/no-code tools
• Proficiency in SQL writing
• Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of common analytical frameworks and analysis types
• Keen interest in industry trends related to low/no-code development and automation
