AI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

AI Operations Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of AI-driven technology within the mortgage organization, focusing on designing AI systems, improving workflows, and training teams on AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and automations across multiple business units
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies relevant to the mortgage industry
• Train employees and leadership on AI tools and best practices while promoting responsible AI use

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI, automation, or operational technology solutions
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and workflow automation
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience training and supporting non-technical users
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
