AI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-first GTM engine, the full-time remote AI Operations Specialist will design and operationalize outbound systems that enhance pipeline generation efficiency and seller productivity.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deploy AI outbound workflows for account sourcing, contact acquisition, and engagement orchestration
• Build repeatable, production-ready workflows that integrate with various GTM tools and platforms
• Rapidly prototype and improve GTM workflows to drive measurable business impact

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with modern GTM systems such as Salesforce and Marketo
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to GTM workflows
• Proven ability to independently build and operationalize workflows
• Strong understanding of outbound operations and GTM data management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
