AI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic AI team, the full-time remote AI Operations Specialist will manage operational tasks including running evaluations, building automation tools, and coordinating outreach efforts to enhance AI product development.

Key responsibilities

• Run evaluations on AI features, scoring outputs and flagging regressions while producing actionable write-ups
• Build lightweight tools and automations using AI coding tools to support team needs quickly
• Manage external outreach and relationship management, including communication with key opinion leaders

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in generalist or operations roles with ownership of outcomes
• Deep working knowledge of AI tools and LLM-based technologies for automation and prototyping
• Strong bias for action and willingness to tackle various tasks to support team objectives
• Ability to execute with minimal supervision, navigating ambiguity and delivering working solutions
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within a startup context
