Job Summary

Transforming team workflows with AI, the remote AI Operations Specialist will embed with various functions to redesign processes, implement AI tools, and ensure team adoption over focused engagements lasting two to four weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to map current workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement tool-agnostic playbooks and AI-driven solutions for redesigned processes
• Facilitate team adoption of new workflows through hands-on coaching and performance measurement

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience in a relevant function such as product, operations, or customer support
• Current, hands-on fluency with AI tools like Claude and Codex
• Strong change management skills with a proven ability to gain team trust and drive adoption
• Experience in decomposing workflows and identifying high-value automation opportunities
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
