AI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the part-time contract AI Operations Specialist will manage automation requests, develop analytics dashboards, and drive internal adoption of AI tools while working remotely within Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation and tool requests from operations teams
• Develop unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance across systems
• Drive internal adoption of AI agents by creating accessible tools and training stakeholders on their use

Required qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience working in automation using low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier
• Proficiency in SQL writing
• Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of common analytical frameworks and analysis types
• Keen interest in industry trends related to low/no-code development and automation
