AI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the contract AI Operations Specialist will work remotely from the Philippines, managing automation requests, developing analytics dashboards, and driving internal adoption of AI tools within the Central Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation and tool requests from operations teams
• Develop unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance and improve reporting for stakeholders
• Drive internal adoption of AI agents by creating accessible tools and training stakeholders on their use

Required qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience working with low-code/no-code automation tools such as Zapier
• Proficiency in SQL writing
• Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of common analytical frameworks and analysis types, such as A/B testing and KPI creation
• Keen interest in staying updated with industry trends in low/no-code development and automation
