Job Summary
To support a leading client, the contract AI Ops Engineer II will design and enhance a centralized operational AI platform for IT Operations teams, focusing on data integrations and multi-agent workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance an enterprise operational AI platform for IT Operations engineers
- Develop data integrations connecting LLM frameworks to ITSM/CMDB and cloud platforms
- Design multi-agent reasoning workflows for incident triage and Help Desk automation
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of engineering experience, with a focus on backend software engineering and API integration
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with modern LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems and leveraging tool-calling patterns
- Strong Python development skills with experience in RESTful API development
- Familiarity with IT operations systems like ServiceNow and monitoring platforms
