AI Ops Engineer
Job Summary
To support a leading organization, the contract AI Ops Engineer II will design and enhance a centralized operational AI platform for IT Operations, focusing on data integrations, multi-agent workflows, and automation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance an enterprise operational AI platform for IT Operations engineers
- Develop foundational data integrations connecting LLM frameworks to ITSM/CMDB and cloud platforms
- Design and implement multi-agent reasoning workflows for incident triage and Help Desk automation
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of overall engineering experience with a strong foundation in backend software engineering and API integration
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with modern LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems and leveraging tool-calling patterns
- Strong Python development skills with experience in RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with IT operations systems such as ServiceNow and monitoring platforms
