Job Summary

Empowering customer support through AI, the full-time AI Optimization Specialist will build and maintain AI-driven knowledge for chatbots and internal tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and support efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Education to ensure AI tools utilize accurate content and identify areas for improvement
• Optimize chatbot workflows and internal AI Copilot by analyzing performance data and iterating on user interactions
• Develop a deep understanding of product and customer needs to improve AI responses and support processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and customer support
• Exposure to AI-powered support tools and interest in chatbot design and automation
• Strong writing and organizational skills for creating structured knowledge resources
• Familiarity with internal tools and systems relevant to support operations
