AI Orchestration Manager

Job Summary

Bridging traditional CRM management with modern autonomous systems, the full-time remote AI Orchestration Manager will own the strategy and architecture of the Revenue Operations technology stack, ensuring cross-functional alignment and productivity while managing a direct report focused on Salesforce CRM administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GTM and finance systems, optimizing and integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360, and Agentforce
• Own the lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents, designing and optimizing workflows that enhance the customer journey
• Oversee data governance and maintain a Unified Customer Profile as the single source of truth for reporting and execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex GTM and finance systems infrastructure, including CRM and ERP
• Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agents in a live enterprise environment, preferably Salesforce Agentforce
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, NetSuite, and data platforms (Data360/Snowflake)
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and agentic logic design
• Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent experience; NetSuite certification strongly preferred
