Job Summary

Designing and operating systems for specialized AI agents, the full-time Agentic AI Orchestrator will architect coordination layers, manage task routing, and handle failure recovery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end multi-agent architectures and define communication protocols between agents
• Build and maintain the orchestration layer using frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen, and manage shared memory across agent interactions
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and product teams to translate business workflows into agent-executable pipelines

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software or AI engineering with systems in production
• Expertise in Python, including async patterns and concurrency
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Knowledge of REST/GraphQL API design and prompt engineering for agent personas
