Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Outcomes Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and end users to identify impactful use cases and translate them into measurable business outcomes
• Lead strategic reviews, advise customers on their AI roadmap, and ensure they maximize value from the platform
• Conduct workshops, scope pilots, and guide rollouts to drive adoption of the platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roles that combine business and technology with a consultative approach
• Demonstrated ability to craft effective AI prompts and guide AI agents for real business workflows
• Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and tools
• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of current LLMs
• Experience in customer-facing, consultative roles is preferred
