Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Outcomes Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive sponsors and end users to identify high impact use cases and translate them into measurable business outcomes
• Lead strategic reviews and advise customers on their AI roadmap to maximize value from the platform
• Conduct discovery workshops, scope pilots, and guide rollouts to drive adoption of the platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in roles blending business and technology with a consultative approach
• Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts and guide AI agents for real business workflows
• Understanding of current LLM capabilities and limitations to set expectations for solutions
• Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and tools
• Prior experience in customer-facing, consultative roles is preferred
