Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Partner Engineer to serve as a dedicated AI transformation partner for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed in business functions to learn workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build agentic workflows using the platform stack
• Configure and deploy the End User Workbench tailored to each team's operational needs
• Evaluate AI-native vendor solutions and make recommendations on build-versus-buy decisions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and shipping technology solutions for production workflows and LLM-powered applications
• Strong judgment on the AI vendor market and ability to make informed recommendations
• Ability to build trust with non-engineering teams and navigate organizational change
• Background in technical delivery and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
