AI Partner Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

To support execution and coordination across AI and ISV co-marketing programs, the full-time temporary AI Partner Marketing Coordinator will manage campaign deliverables, track timelines, and assist in producing partner-facing content in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of co-marketing campaigns, ensuring timely completion of launch checklists and asset handoffs
• Maintain project trackers and calendars, proactively flagging risks and blockers to keep cross-functional workstreams on track
• Assist in assembling and organizing partner-facing content, and support the operational execution of events and webinars

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project coordination
• 3+ years of experience coordinating B2B technology or partner/co-marketing programs
• Proficiency using AI tools and common marketing/collaboration tools
• Experience working with 3rd party partners
