AI Performance Operations Director

Job Summary

To enhance member interactions and performance, the full-time remote AI Performance Operations Director will build AI systems for monitoring quality, provide coaching and feedback, and partner with frontline teams to improve operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with frontline teams to define quality standards and identify areas for improvement in member interactions
• Develop AI-powered quality monitoring systems to evaluate member interactions and drive performance improvements
• Visualize interaction data and coaching signals to ensure timely insights reach all relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in high-ownership operator roles such as startup strategy, business operations, or internal tooling project management
• Experience in people leadership, with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams
• Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn
• Strong systems thinking skills, capable of designing frameworks that address broader organizational challenges
• An instinct for quality in human interactions, translating member experience insights into structured criteria for AI applications
