Job Summary

To enhance member interactions and performance, the full-time salaried AI Performance Operations Director will build and manage AI systems that monitor quality across frontline teams and AI agents, ensuring effective coaching and feedback to improve overall performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with frontline teams to define and understand quality standards in member interactions
• Own the performance of frontline AI agents and develop AI-powered quality monitoring systems to improve business outcomes
• Visualize interaction data and coaching signals to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in high-ownership operator roles, such as startup strategy, business operations, or internal tooling project management
• Experience in people leadership, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
• Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn
• Strong systems thinking ability, focusing on designing frameworks that address broader issues
• An instinct for quality in human interactions, translating member experience into structured criteria for AI systems
