AI Performance Simulation Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Performance Simulation Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop simulation environments for AI systems, including accelerators and memory hierarchies
• Define and implement abstraction layers from high-level models to detailed simulations using tools like GEM5 or SST
• Lead performance modeling and bottleneck analysis to guide architectural design and system optimization

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in AI accelerator architecture and performance simulation
• Strong understanding of AI workloads and system design impacts on performance
• Experience with parallel programming (OpenMP, MPI, CUDA, OpenCL)
• Familiarity with system analysis tools
• Ability to collaborate across hardware, software, and research domains
