AI Platform Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Platform Enablement Lead - Engineering & Adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with engineering teams to implement AI coding tools and establish platform standards
• Run hands-on enablement programs, including workshops and coaching sessions for AI development tools
• Collect feedback from teams and produce enablement materials to integrate AI tools into existing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement
• Technical proficiency to work alongside engineering teams and evaluate AI tooling configurations
• Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Experience in delivering technical enablement or internal training programs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
