Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Platform Enablement Lead - Engineering & Adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI coding tools and establish platform standards
• Conduct hands-on enablement programs, including workshops and coaching sessions for AI development tools
• Assess team-level AI readiness and provide targeted interventions to enhance AI tool usage

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement
• Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Experience in delivering technical enablement or internal training programs
• Ability to assess AI readiness and implement effective interventions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
