AI Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Platform Engineer to work as a consultant for a major merger of two national banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust embedding pipelines and RAG architectures using LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Optimize OpenSearch and Vector Database performance for low-latency access to large datasets
• Implement and manage integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs, ensuring high availability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, focusing on AI/ML infrastructure in the last 2 years
• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Experience with Vector DBs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and embedding pipelines
• Strong proficiency with OpenSearch or similar distributed search engines
• Deep understanding of LLM-specific patterns and systems design
