AI Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of an internal AI platform, the full-time remote AI Platform Engineer will design and build a unified workspace for Bloomerang employees, ensuring seamless access to AI tools and capabilities while enhancing the company's adoption of existing AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Bloomerang's internal AI platform end-to-end, focusing on architecture and user experience
• Collaborate with data and security stakeholders to implement governed data access and a marketplace of skills for employees
• Engage with users across departments to translate their needs into actionable features and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience building with large language models (LLMs) and general software engineering
• Familiarity with modern AI tools such as Claude Code, Replit, and the agentic ecosystem
• Proficiency in integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and understanding least-privilege access principles
• Strong ability to communicate technical solutions in user-friendly language
• Demonstrated adaptability to the rapidly evolving AI landscape
