AI Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the AI Platform Engineer will design and build infrastructure for conversational AI systems, develop scalable systems for deploying AI applications, and manage orchestration layers for multi-step AI workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build infrastructure for conversational AI systems and automation pipelines
• Develop scalable and reliable systems for deploying AI applications
• Build and manage orchestration layers for multi-step AI workflows and secure integrations

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in backend or platform engineering
• Proven experience building production-grade distributed systems
• Experience designing and implementing APIs and workflow orchestration systems
• Experience supporting or working with AI/ML systems in production
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
