AI Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To support AI architecture development in a secure, scalable cloud environment, the contract AI Platform Engineer will work remotely to build and configure AI platforms, enable governance and guardrails, and support developers in delivering responsible AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure scalable AI platforms using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines across Azure
• Implement policy-as-code and security controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Create self-service tools and documentation to empower development teams in building AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of cloud/platform engineering experience, including 2+ years with Azure
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of AI/ML services, such as Azure OpenAI and model APIs
• Experience supporting regulated environments, such as HIPAA or PCI
