AI Platform Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Platform Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team focused on building and operating enterprise-grade Generative AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of platform and AI engineers, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Generative AI platform services
• Define and evolve the Generative AI platform roadmap to support enterprise use cases while ensuring scalability and security

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in managing engineering teams and fostering a culture of ownership
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, particularly with Azure
• Proficiency in MLOps/LLMOps practices and model lifecycle management
• Experience with Agile delivery practices
• Knowledge of compliance and ethical considerations in AI usage
