AI Platform General Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI Platform, GM to lead the development and scaling of a new AI Applications Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery of the AI Platform, taking it from its current state to a market-leading platform
• Manage the P&L for the business unit, including budget for R&D and headcount planning
• Build and lead a high-performance R&D organization, fostering a culture of rapid iteration and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a founder, early-stage employee, or leader within a tech company, with a track record of building software products from scratch
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including AI frameworks and vector databases
• 10+ years of experience in building scalable Cloud/SaaS products or developer platforms
• Proven experience managing cross-functional organizations of 100+ people
• A product-led mindset with a focus on shipping and learning over perfection
