AI Platform Integration Architect

Job Summary

To drive the next generation of enterprise automation, the remote Senior Salesforce / Agentforce, AI Platform Integration Architect will manage end-to-end integration designs, optimize architectural frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the internal AI co-worker's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end integration designs connecting internal AI services to Salesforce Agentforce environments
• Apply architectural frameworks to select appropriate integration patterns based on transaction volume and data sensitivity
• Design modular agent structures and enforce governance limits for specialized autonomous micro-agents

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Large Language Model orchestration and prompt engineering
• Proven expertise in high-scale data synchronization patterns and REST/gRPC architectures
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce customization, including Invocable Apex methods and advanced Salesforce Flows
• Experience documenting architectural decisions and technical trade-offs
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data, and security teams
