AI Platform Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of an AI-powered customer experience, the full-time remote AI Platform Manager will oversee the end-to-end evolution of the AI platform, collaborating with engineering teams and partners to enhance automation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap creation to global rollout
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks that optimize latency, cost, and accuracy
• Establish AI best practices and platform standards while driving systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and experience in a regulated production environment
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards effectively
• A track record of transforming complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and a data-driven approach to validating hypotheses
